Governor Punjab, Sardar Saleem Haider Khan said denial of full price of wheat to the farmers is grave injustice. The People’s Party will raise the voice of farmers on all forums. He said that the Governor House is open not only for the people of Lahore, but for the people of the entire Punjab.

 

He said this while addressing a large gathering of farmers and cultivators in Jaranwala.

 

Governor Punjab Sardar Saleem Haider Khan said that the People’s Party has always made sacrifices for farmers, cultivators, laborers and the downtrodden class. He said that they will not allow any poor person to be oppressed in Punjab. He said that the farmers are already worried about the expensive seeds, fertilizers and other agricultural chemicals. The Governor of Punjab said that the farmers and cultivators in Punjab are facing problems. He added that it is necessary that the PPP supports them and the cultivators stand with the PPP. He said that Bilawal Bhutto will come to the farmers and raise the voice for their rights. He said that he was going to different districts of Punjab to convey Bilawal Bhutto's message. He said that the PPP has always made sacrifices for the farmers, cultivators, laborers and the downtrodden class.

 

 

Earlier, Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan met the heirs of 12 members of the same family who died in a traffic accident in Jaranwala at their residence. The Punjab Governor expressed his condolences to the bereaved families and offered Fateha for the deceased.

 

In addition, Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan has expressed grief over the demise of Pope Francis. He also expressed his condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the Catholic Christian community.
