Recent protests in Gaza have shown a remarkable shift, with thousands openly voicing their frustrations against Hamas amid the ongoing conflict with Israel. 

In towns like Beit Lahiya, around 3,000 people gathered, chanting slogans like "the people want the fall of Hamas." 

This level of public dissent against the militant group is unusual and reflects the deep pain and anger many feel over the war's devastating impact on their lives.

Protesters shared heart-wrenching personal stories about the loss of loved ones and the destruction of their homes. 

They expressed a desperate need for an end to the violence and a call for accountability from Hamas and other political factions. 

These demonstrations erupted as Israel renewed its offensive, further worsening the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, with airstrikes and a strict blockade cutting off essential supplies.

Despite Hamas's history of suppressing protests, there was little intervention this time, possibly indicating changes in their approach due to their current military challenges. 

Many participants voiced their frustrations not just against Hamas and Israel but also towards the Palestinian Authority and the international community, feeling let down by the failure to improve their situation.
