Speaking on the occasion, Governor Punjab Sardar Saleem Haider Khan said that the provision of basic amenities to the people , good governance and solving their problems were his priorities. He said that the Pakistan People’s Party has always talked about the rights of the poor and deprived classes. The Governor Punjab said that practical steps are needed to be taken to provide basic facilities including education and health to the people in the remote and backward areas of the province. He said that party workers are our strength and the doors of the Governor House are open for them. The Governor of Punjab said that the PPP has always given its workers the respect and status they deserve. He reaffirmed his commitment that the PPP will regain its lost position in Punjab soon. The Governor of Punjab further said that we have to make Bilawal Bhutto the Prime Minister with hard work because Bilawal Bhutto Zardari possesses exceptional leadership skills that can steer the country out of crises.

 

Chief Coordinator PPP South Punjab Abdul Qadir Shaheen said that by opening the doors of the Governor House for the workers, Sardar Saleem Haider Khan has proved that he is a people's governor. The delegation comprised Khawaja Rizwan Alam Senior Vice President PPP South Punjab, Malik Riaz Hussain Samta District President PPP Layyah and Sajid Ali Khan District General Secretary PPP Multan, among others.
