Lahore: Governor Punjab Sardar Saleem Haider Khan in his message on the occasion of Eid ul Azha said it serves as a reminder to embody the values of sacrifice, selflessness, and devotion. Emphasizing the spirit of compassion, he urged the nation to prioritize the welfare of the poor, needy, and deserving individuals, ensuring that they feel included in Eid festivities. The Governor prayed for peace, stability, and prosperity to prevail in the country. He also expressed solidarity with the Muslims of Kashmir and Palestine, praying for an end to their suffering and the grant of freedom. Governor Punjab paid tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for national security and eradicating terrorism. He said that we should shun hatred and spread love and compassion.
