PM Shehbaz Forms Diplomatic Delegation Led by Bilawal Bhutto to Counter Indian Propaganda Globally
Lahore : Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has formed a high-level diplomatic delegation to expose India's propaganda and malicious conspiracies aimed at destabilizing regional peace. The delegation will be led by Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
The Prime Minister personally contacted Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari via telephone and entrusted him with this critical responsibility. The delegation includes prominent figures such as Dr. Mussadiq Malik, Engineer Khurram Dastgir, Senator Sherry Rehman, Hina Rabbani Khar, Faisal Subzwari, Tahmina Janjua, and Jalil Abbas Jilani.
The delegation will visit London, Washington, Paris, and Brussels to counter India's disinformation campaign on international platforms and present Pakistan's stance against New Delhi's efforts to undermine regional stability. A key objective of the mission is to highlight Pakistan’s commitment to sustainable peace in the region before the global community.
Analysts view this decision as a strong diplomatic response by the government to counter India's destabilizing actions. The inclusion of representatives from major political parties is seen as a message of national unity. Observers note that the formation of this delegation reflects Pakistan’s determination to bring attention to the volatile situation created by India at the international level.
In a related development, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari posted a message on social media platform X, confirming that PM Shehbaz had requested him to lead Pakistan’s representation abroad. Bilawal stated that he was honored to accept this responsibility and remains committed to serving the nation during these challenging times. He emphasized that he would utilize this opportunity to promote Pakistan’s positive image and advocate for the country’s peaceful agenda before the international community.
This move is seen as part of Pakistan’s broader efforts to assert its position on global forums. The appointment of a prominent leader like Bilawal underscores the significance of this initiative. Political circles have interpreted the decision as a symbol of unity and consensus in Pakistan’s foreign policy approach.
