RAWALPINDI: President Asif Ali Zardari visited the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Rawalpindi on Wednesday to meet soldiers and civilians injured in recent unprovoked Indian aggression. The President was accompanied by Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Raza Naqvi, Commander 10 Corps, and the hospital administration.  

During his visit, President Zardari personally interacted with the injured, praising their bravery, sacrifices, and patriotism. He stated, “We take immense pride in the courage of our soldiers and civilians. The entire nation salutes their spirit of sacrifice and love for the country.” Emphasizing national unity, he added, *“The Pakistani people have always stood firm against enemy aggression. Our nation remains united, vigilant, and resolved to face any challenge.”*  

Criticizing India’s hostile actions, President Zardari remarked, *“India’s aggressive and extremist policies pose a grave threat to regional peace. The Modi government seeks to exploit anti-Pakistan aggression for political gains, but we will never allow any compromise on Pakistan’s sovereignty or national security.”* He further asserted, *“Pakistan possesses the full capability to deliver a befitting response to any form of aggression.”*  

The President also commended the doctors, medical staff, nurses, and hospital administration for their exceptional care of the injured. *“The professionalism and dedication of CMH’s team are commendable,”* he said.  President Zardari also presented gifts and flowers to the wounded.
